Hi there – thanks for checking out my blog!
This is mostly a blog of two halves. The first details my recent trip across Scandinavia – solo and on foot. I wrote these posts whilst on the move and through them I aimed to give an honest depiction of just what life on the road entails, plus a bit of an insight into how it was to be a 23 year old woman – with no previous running/adventuring experience – taking on a huge challenge on my own, in a foreign country (which is way further north than I had first realised…!!), with little more than a rucksack and a continually suffering bank balance.
The second half details life after my return. I hope these posts will reflect the change I feel within myself post Rundinavia. A shift in attitude to one in which I try to get the most out of everyday, I embrace the positive instead of dwelling on the negatives, and I never cease to challenge myself – as only then will I work out just how much is truly possible.
As always, I hope to provide inspirational stories for many, and to enforce the message that you don’t need to be superhuman to achieve incredible things.
If nothing else, I hope it makes you smile 🙂
